I have been a blogger since August 2007. I’m not sure how many blogs are out there, but pretty sure there are not many who have been forced to blog! A dear friend decided one day I would have a blog, he organized the whole thing, then emailed me with my instructions. I was scared to pieces, but I wrote through the fear, and here we are still today. Thanks for stopping by. I’m so blessed to have you.
I hope that through what you read in this place, you find joy in Christ. That you will leave strengthened and encouraged. That you approach your own world with more hope, because of Christ. I don’t really think I have too much to say to the world, but certainly know God has much to say to us, so we will spend some time in the Word on the pages here.
I am a wife (30 fun filled years), and mother (to four of my favorite people on the earth). And I love and adore my Jesus, now and forever.
I pray for you today. May God bless you and keep you.
Dear Nancy,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to the letter I sent you regarding Bryna Johnson, my daughter, attending the Vancouver conference in two days! I appreciate so much that you and your staff have been praying for us and that will be putting my letter in Beth’s travel folder.
This last week I spend in the hospital having a surprise heart surgery. I am an athlete; strong; but human…interesting week…scarey at times…several very special God moments….now have a heart pacer, which is a tremendous gift….feel so deeply blessed.
I am still weak from surgery, but wanting deeply to attend the conference with Bryna. I will be there! Thank you for your prayers and compassion.
Marlys Johnson (read through your blog…you are hilarious!)
