I have a dairy allergy…which means no butter, milk, cream, cheese, etc…so most “treats” I cannot eat…it was super easy to keep weight off…that is until I discovered vanilla rice milk and lucky charms…I have gained three pounds and I wish I could say I was kidding. How sad is that-three pounds from eating my daughter’s cereal for snacks. Reading that list-completely squelches my appetite!
Is this from “Eat this, Not that.”? I love that book. Love it! And these facts made me cringe. (If it’s not from that book, so sorry. But, I know I read it somewhere! Ha!)
